What is Licking Heights DECA?

Licking Heights DECA is a co-curricular student organization that is open to all ninth through twelfth grade students who are enrolled in Business, Finance, and Marketing classes. DECA is a worldwide organization of like-minded students and serves to help develop business skills, professional growth, and civic-mindedness.  While much of DECA is focused on business, the organization is open and beneficial to students interested in any career field.

Our DECA Chapter was founded in 2006. Since the 1940s, the organization has helped students in Ohio and around the world learn important life skills through fun, interactive, and challenging learning activities in-and-out of the classroom. We prepare our members for future success through hands-on experiences, leadership development activities, and DECA competitive events. LH DECA also operates The Hornet Corner, the school store within Licking Heights High School.
